USD 250, credited against a mandate engaged within 30 days. You leave with a written brief: use case, required specification, budget band and three candidate models.
USD 2,400 flat. We shortlist, verify sellers and return one dossier per car: VIN history, service records, prior listings and asking-price evidence.
An independent third-party report, ordered and paid by us, is delivered to you in full. You commit nothing before you have read it. See the decision points.
Funds rest in escrow. The seller is paid only after the title and export documents are signed, checked and matched to the VIN.
Export documentation, import, customs clearance and technical certification are handled end to end. Each duty and levy is invoiced as it is paid.
Registration plates, keys and the full document set are handed over in Kyiv, or delivered by enclosed transport, door to door.

alturixlabs.com is a paid automotive concierge service; fees apply, and alturixlabs.com is not a dealership. A mandate holds exactly two moments where the client decides. We do not move past either one without your written instruction.
01 Decision point
Nothing is committed until the independent third-party inspection report has been delivered and read. Until that report reaches you, your only outlay is the Advisory Session at USD 250, credited against a mandate engaged within 30 days. From the report you choose: engage the Sourcing Mandate at USD 2,400 flat, order a second inspection, or close the file.
02 Decision point
A second decision follows the report. Proceed to purchase and Ukrainian execution, covering export documentation, import, customs clearance, technical certification, registration and enclosed transport, under Full Concierge at USD 4,800. Or withdraw, with no further fee. If the car deviates from its description, you may renegotiate the price or restart the search inside the mandate term at no extra cost.

Meridian is a paid automotive concierge service. Fees apply, and Meridian is not a dealership, importer or lender.
Advisory Session USD 250, credited against a mandate engaged within 30 days. Sourcing Mandate USD 2,400 flat. Full Concierge is one flat fee, listed on the Fees and Compensation Disclosure page.
The fee pays for search and negotiation, not for the car. Approve no shortlisted car within 90 days and you may close the mandate for a refund of the fee less documented third-party costs.
Nothing is committed until the independent third-party inspection report has been delivered and read. If it fails our thresholds we advance to the next shortlisted car at no extra fee, or refund the remainder.
