Provider and public offer

These terms are the public offer (dogovir publichnoi oferty) under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII, "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII and No. 755-IV. Ordering means acceptance.

Mandate and client duties

We act as your agent under the written mandate you confirm: we source, inspect and hand over vehicles and arrange related services. You provide accurate data, hold the funds and legal capacity, and use the service lawfully.

Price, payment and withdrawal

Price, taxes, delivery, payment, warranty and after-sales terms are disclosed before ordering, and the order is confirmed on a durable medium (No. 1023-XII, No. 675-VIII). You may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days, unless the law excepts it.

Language, data and cookies

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian (No. 2704-VIII); this English text is supplementary. We process names, phones, e-mails and vehicle preferences on explicit consent under our Privacy Notice, with access and correction rights (No. 2297-VI; Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights). Cookies and pixels load only after prior consent with a genuine reject option (No. 2297-VI, No. 1089-IX; NKEC).

Advertising and finance

Promotional claims are accurate and substantiated; unfair or misleading claims are prohibited (No. 270/96-VR, No. 236/96-VR). Credit, leasing, insurance and payment services are arranged via licensed providers, not as our own regulated activity (No. 1953-IX; National Bank of Ukraine).

Complaints and liability

Write to contact@alturixlabs.com or +380 664 145 8479; we reply within one month (No. 393/96-VR). You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or go to court (No. 1023-XII). Liability is capped at the fee paid; Ukrainian law governs and Kyiv courts have jurisdiction.
