2. Withdrawal and cancellation
You may withdraw within 14 calendar days of order confirmation, without a reason (Law of Ukraine "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" No. 1023-XII; "Pro elektronnu komertsiu" No. 675-VIII). Price, taxes, delivery, payment and warranty terms are disclosed before ordering.
3. Refunds and stopped mandates
Refunds are paid within 14 calendar days of notice by the original payment method. For a partly performed service we refund the unused part and may deduct a proportionate amount for delivered work. If a mandate is stopped or cannot be completed, only completed stages are invoiced and the balance is refunded.
4. Third-party regulated services
Credit, leasing or insurance services are provided by institutions entered in the registers of the National Bank of Ukraine under Law of Ukraine "Pro finansovi posluhy ta finansovi kompanii" No. 1953-IX.
5. Complaints and language
Complaints are answered within one month (Law of Ukraine "Pro zvernennia hromadian" No. 393/96-VR); you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
