We rely on your explicit informed consent, on contract performance and on legal duties, and keep data only while needed — Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. It is shared only with contracted processors or where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
Cookies, pixels and other storage on your device need prior informed consent with a genuine reject option — Law No. 2297-VI, Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX, regulator NKEC.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and receive your data. Authority: Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. Orders and withdrawal
Before you order we disclose price, taxes, delivery, payment, warranty and after-sales service and confirm the order on a durable medium; you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — Law No. 1023-XII, Law No. 675-VIII. Credit, leasing, insurance or payment services are not presented as our own regulated activity (Law No. 1953-IX, National Bank of Ukraine).
8. Marketing claims
Promotional statements are accurate and substantiated; we make no false “best price”, “official dealer” or affiliation claims — Law No. 270/96-VR, Law No. 236/96-VR.
9. Complaints
Write to contact@alturixlabs.com; we answer within one month (Law No. 393/96-VR). You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or go to court. Information is available in Ukrainian, with English alongside — Law No. 2704-VIII.
