Where alturixlabs.com receives compensation from a partner dealer, import agent or lender, we disclose the amount or its basis in writing before you commit.

The decision point is fixed on every mandate: you commit nothing until the independent third-party inspection report has been delivered and read.

Independent inspection

You read the condition report before you commit.

Every mandate stops here. An engineer who works for neither the seller nor for us surveys the car on a lift, then hands you the complete file before any money moves.

  1. 01Paint depth readings for every panel, with a note on each repainted or replaced part.
  2. 02Lift survey of chassis, subframe, sills and suspension mounts, photographed from four corners.
  3. 03Full diagnostic scan, stored fault history and a mileage cross-check against service records.
  4. 04Written estimate of any rectification work, priced for Ukrainian workshops.

Approve the car or step away. No seller is paid until you have read the report and confirmed in writing. If something material appears, we return to the shortlist at no further fee.

From the seller's forecourt to a Ukrainian plate in your name

alturixlabs.com is a paid automotive concierge service; fees apply, and alturixlabs.com is not a dealership. Ukrainian execution is where most private imports stall, so we keep it in house: export papers, customs clearance, technical certification, registration and enclosed transport, each stage logged in writing.

    Export documentation

    Title transfer, export declaration and deregistration are settled with the seller's agent before the car leaves its home country.

  2. 02

    Import and customs clearance

    We file the declaration, calculate duty and excise, and pay at the border crossing. You receive the receipts, not a summary.

  3. 03

    Technical certification

    Roadworthiness and compliance certification at an accredited Ukrainian centre, with type-approval papers prepared in advance.

  4. 04

    Registration

    Plates, technical passport and owner record issued in your name. State fees are paid at cost and itemised.

  5. 05

    Enclosed delivery

    Covered transport to Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa or Dnipro, insured in transit, with a photo log taken at handover.

Execution work sits inside the Sourcing Mandate at USD 2,400 flat. Third-party duty, tax and certification fees are billed at cost with the original documents attached.
