The decision point is fixed on every mandate: you commit nothing until the independent third-party inspection report has been delivered and read.

Independent inspection

You read the condition report before you commit.

Every mandate stops here. An engineer who works for neither the seller nor for us surveys the car on a lift, then hands you the complete file before any money moves.

  1. 01Paint depth readings for every panel, with a note on each repainted or replaced part.
  2. 02Lift survey of chassis, subframe, sills and suspension mounts, photographed from four corners.
  3. 03Full diagnostic scan, stored fault history and a mileage cross-check against service records.
  4. 04Written estimate of any rectification work, priced for Ukrainian workshops.

Approve the car or step away. No seller is paid until you have read the report and confirmed in writing. If something material appears, we return to the shortlist at no further fee.

    We coordinate the seller's handover, vehicle records and transport timing before the car leaves its home country.

    Cross-border logistics

    Our logistics partners coordinate the route, transit updates and delivery milestones. You receive clear status updates, not a summary.

    Partner coordination

    We coordinate communication with the relevant transport and service partners and keep the delivery plan aligned with your brief.

  4. 04

    Handover planning

    Keys, vehicle records and the final handover are scheduled around your availability, with third-party costs itemised.

  5. 05

    Enclosed delivery

    Covered transport to Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa or Dnipro, insured in transit, with a photo log taken at handover.
