Concierge fees

We charge a flat concierge fee fixed in your personal quote before you order. We do not hide markups in the vehicle price. Taxes, delivery, payment, warranty and after-sales terms are itemised in the quote and public offer.

Third-party compensation

We may receive referral fees or commissions from dealers, lenders, insurers or lessors. Any compensation is disclosed in your quote and public offer. Credit, leasing, insurance or payment services are not our regulated activity; the regulated provider is named in the offer and listed in the relevant National Bank of Ukraine register.

Before you order we publish a public offer (dohovir publichnoyi oferty) that forms the contract terms and confirms your 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract. Order confirmation is sent on a durable medium.

Advertising, complaints and language

All price and fee claims are accurate. Complaints to contact@alturixlabs.com or by phone are answered within one month; you may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or go to court. Consumer-facing information is also provided in Ukrainian.
